The implementation is expecting to generate about 1,000 direct jobs. Of international brands like Marks & Spencer (ready-to-wear), Piazza Italia, Oshkosh (ready-to-wear for children), Hane (lingerie mixed) will make their first entry to Morocco to find in this mega gallery but Virgin Megastore (music, books, multimedia, video,..), Prique (linens, decorations), Caf Caf (Coffee) Goodiz, Kanoun, Milk Bar (smoothies shop, juice coffee), rate placing on the local market is 80%. Negotiations are underway with other major brands to complement the base of the assembly.

Marrakech Shopping Mall Al Mazar is built over 100.000m² of which 30,000 m² of retail space on 3 levels, this project will host stores of 100 brands, 20 restaurants, a food court of 20 stores and 4 restaurants, a crossroads of 6,000 m2, a recreation area for children and parking with a capacity of 1,200 seats spread over 2 different floors with a total area of 36,000 m2. Across Almazar Marrakech Megamall, we have three sites: a crossroads, equipment operation signs in the individual, household equipment, services and leisure space and a restaurant (Food Court). The second of its kind in Morocco after Rabat Megamall, Almazar project is supported by the pioneers of commercial real estate in Morocco and abroad. This is the best Real Estate (BRE) and HH Henry Hermand led development, an emblematic figure of shopping centers in France. It is served by the creative genius of architects and designers reference (L35 Arquitectos, Minale Design Strategy). The total investment for this project is approximately 500M dirhams HT according to the Chief Executive of BRE. In his view, this project symbolizes a new stage in regional economic development.
