This mega complex is made on a ground-facing west, overlooking the coast and the ancient city of Tangier. Indeed, the geographical advantages are undeniable. Cap Tingis residence is open to the Mediterranean, with a coastline of about 1.3 km to a depth of 500 meters. Constructions are based on different levels and not exceeding 3 floors which will allow 80% of residents of the complex having a panoramic view over the sea. The project is designed in full compliance with the landscape, the residence homes are harmoniously faded around with shady palm groves, gardens and public squares.
